How To Codecks, Part 4: Smart Dashboards & Brainstorming with Vision Boards

Your team knows what to build today, but does everyone understand the vision? Vision Boards give you an infinite canvas to map out your game’s big picture while staying directly connected to the cards doing the actual work.

Vision Boards aren’t just pretty diagrams—they’re living dashboards. Smart Cards display progress, burndown charts, and team capacity without leaving your strategic view. Your producers see the roadmap, your team sees how their cards fit in, and everyone stays aligned on what matters most.
